Matt, approximately 1.5 years old (estimated DOB 6/4/2024), is an active, playful British Longhair with a sweet spirit. Once his coat grows back, he’s going to be absolutely stunning. Matt survived being hit by a car, and thanks to treatment and a lot of fight, we were able to save his eye—he still has vision in his injured eye, too. Despite everything he’s been through, he remains affectionate, curious, and so ready for a loving home.

Meet Matt, a 1.5-year-old British Longhair whose journey from Kuwait to California is nothing short of miraculous. Estimated to be born around June 4th, 2024, Matt has already faced challenges no cat ever should-but his spirit has remained nothing but loving.

Matt survived being hit by a car, and thanks to quick treatment, dedicated care, and his own incredible strength, his eye was saved. Not only did he keep it—he still has vision in it. This boy is a fighter in every sense of the word.
