Theo’s past is mostly a mystery—he was found wandering the streets in heartbreaking condition by one of our fosters. Life hadn’t been kind to him. His eyes were painful and swollen from a condition called entropion, where his eyelashes turned inward and scraped against his corneas. Thankfully, he was safely trapped and received the surgery he needed to live without pain.

While recovering with our foster Megan, Theo began to show his true self: not a feral or fearful street cat, but a gentle, affectionate soul who craved human connection. Megan quickly realized Theo didn’t belong back on the streets—he belonged in someone’s arms.

Theo has proven to be the ultimate snuggler. He thrives in the company of people and would do best in a home where someone is around often, or works from home. He’s the kind of cat who will curl up beside you and stay there as long as you’ll let him.

Theo is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated (including rabies and the first FeLV), and has tested negative for both FIV and FeLV. While we’re not sure how he’ll do with other cats, we do know he has endless love to give to his forever person.

Megan would keep him in a heartbeat, but she knows Theo is meant for a home where he can be someone’s whole world.
